Toyota Motor Announces Global Quality Task Force

The Toyota Motor Corporation’s President has awakened to the complaints of Toyota customers. Mr. Akio Toyoda has deeply regretted the inconvenience caused to users of the Toyota products. He has also pledged to initiate Quality ensuring task force Worldwide.

Mr. Toyota will head quality committee with six point agenda.

1. Customer Research Enhancement: Customer research offices in each region to collect information feedback.

2. Quality Inspection Process betterment: Toyota will inspect every process in design, production, sales and service in the light of complaints recorded.

3. Communication Expansions: the Global network of Toyota regional authorities will intercommunicate more frequently on Quality Matters, hence forth.

4. Automotive Quality Excellence Center: Professional management centers will be established to promote quality standards.

5. Outside Experts support encouragement: The Toyota management will seek evaluation from non Toyota experts to improve quality control management.

6. Improve Regional Autonomy: Toyota has promoted regional autonomy of its subsidiaries. This will be further enhanced to encourage customer dialogue for quality and service improvement.
